Join IEP’s Director of Europe and MENA Serge Stroobants and Americas Executive Director Michael Collins at the strategic dialogue roundtable during the World Humanitarian Forum from September 22-23.
Today’s global context has increased pressures and complexities. On one hand, the international community must continue to focus on the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development and the need to deliver measurable transformative change. On the other hand, the world has come to a halt and the COVID pandemic is at the centre of combined international efforts.
The World Humanitarian Forum mission is to encourage cross-sector dialogue and partnerships to enable the international community to connect and shape the future for a better tomorrow.
In this spirit, our inaugural New York event this year is privileged to be launching as a digital event alongside the U.N. General Assembly as it celebrates its 75th anniversary. With high-profile panellists from world leaders, private sector executives to other global influencers addressing pressing concerns in the humanitarian landscape, our New York event is a network knowledge exchange hub that incites debate and problem-solving like none other!
With an eye on the themes that drive the international agenda today and tomorrow, as well as the World Humanitarian Forum and co-located portfolio upcoming events. Our aim is to be a medium where world leaders, thought influencers, and global executives can connect directly with people, to deliver their message without intermediaries and enable the audience to see the world through their point of view.
Date/Time: 15.05-16.00, 22nd September (EST)
